Advanced Digital Consulting, Inc. (ADC) offers consulting and web programming services under the following arrangements.
Hourly Billing
ADC's hourly billing option is best suited for small website maintenance, design, programming, and mentoring jobs. Our hourly rate is $80 per hour with a one-half hour minimum required.

Contractor rates are available to web professionals looking to outsource programming services. Web designers, graphic artists, search engine optimizers, and other web & marketing professionals, please contact us today for discounted rates.
Per Project
ADC's Per Project pricing option is best suited for well-defined projects. To lower project cost, please email us your RFP outlining specifications, scope of work, and contractor responsibilities. Pricing varies with scope of project. An up-front deposit may be required before work commences. Changes in scope of work may result in changes in quoted price. See Terms of Service below for more info.
Monthly Retainer
ADC offers Monthly Retainer billing options designed to save 12.5% to 37.5% off regular hourly pricing. Benefits include guaranteed monthly hours, lower rates, use of your hours in any increment, and faster project turnaround.

Level 1 :. For clients who retain ADC services for 10 hours a month - 12.5% off the standard hourly rate. ($70 per hour -or- $700 per month, a saving of $10 per hour versus regular hourly rate without retainer)
Level 2 :. For clients who retain ADC services for 20 hours a month - 25% off the standard hourly rate. ($60 per hour -or- $1,200 per month, a saving of $20 per hour versus regular hourly rate without retainer)
Level 3 :. For clients who retain ADC services for 40 hours a month - 37.5% off the standard hourly rate. ($50 per hour -or- $2,000 per month, a saving of $30 per hour versus regular hourly rate without retainer)
Level 4 :. For clients who retain ADC services for 60 hours a month - 50% off the standard hourly rate. ($40 per hour -or- $2,400 per month, a saving of $40 per hour versus regular hourly rate without retainer)
Monthly Retainers are prepaid. Payment for retainer packages is required in advance by the first day of the month to which the hours apply. ADC maintains a detailed log of all services rendered and produces this for you on a monthly basis. Presentation of this log can be customized to meet your accounting requirements. Length of agreement is typically 12 months.
Any hours in excess of your contracted Monthly Retainer level will be billed at the discounted rate for your contracted level. Unused retainer hours will not be carried forward or refunded. Hours may be used in any increment throughout the current month.
Referral Program
Earn Extra Cash by Sending Us Referrals! ADC will pay you a 10% commission on all design & development services rendered in referred client's initial contract agreement. Payment by referred client must be received in full by ADC before payment is made.
Terms of Service
Payment Terms. Invoices for ADC services will be sent with completed work. Since the work is completed at the time of invoice, invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices not paid in full by due date are subject to a late fee as outlined in the agreement/quotation. Full payment is required upon completion of work prior to release of work.
Website Design/Programming Services: Web site design and/or programming services require an initial down payment before any work commences. Contracts $400 or less must be paid in full upon signing of contract. Contracts over $400 require an initial down payment as set forth in the contract before any work commences. Final payment in full is required prior to release of work.
Proofing & Testing: Final proof reading and testing of programming and database functions are the responsibility of the client. Any errors noted within 7 days from delivery will be corrected free of charge.
Loss of Data: ADC will exert every effort to minimize the risk of data loss, but cannot be held responsible for data loss. Please backup your data!
Expedited & Emergency services: Expedited and emergency services are available at an extra cost.
Pricing effective 02/15/06. ADC reserves the right to modify the above Rates and Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
